Meals That Heal Hemp Apple Bake

 
Hemp is brimming with stress busting nutrients. Many women use hemp hearts to help with hormonal imbalances that cause menopausal symptoms including hot flashes and depression. It is also helpful for PMS symptoms due to its GLA and magnesium content. Hemp’s zinc content is also fantastic to assure healthy hormone production. It also is packed with stress busting nutrition. 
 

Ingredients:
1 tsp              ginger
1/4 tsp           turmeric 
1 tsp              cinnamon 
1 tsp              vanilla extract
1/4 tsp           nutmeg
1/8 tsp           cloves
1/8 tsp           sea salt
6 large           organic eggs
1/3 cup          honey
1/3 cup          coconut milk
2 cups           cooked wild rice or quinoa
4 cups           ambrosia apples, cubed
1/2 cup          hemp hearts
 
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until well mixed.
2. Pour into 12 inch baking dish and bake at 350° F (175° C) for 35-45 minutes. 
Makes 8 servings.
