Anti-inflammatory Powerhouse Juice

Beets provide iron, folate, potassium, magnesium and Vitamin C and high amounts of Betaine-Hydrocloride that eases digestion. Beets have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and detoxifying properties.

This juice combines the sweetness of the apple and carrots, the spiciness of ginger, the sour of lemon and the richness of beets to fantastic balanced start to the day. By adding oil and lemon to this beverage you reduce the glycemic index of the beverage that has been shown to reduce cravings and weight.

Ingredients:

3 small green apples


2 large carrots

3 small red beets

1/2 lemon, peeled

1-2 inches ginger root

Optional:

2 tsp Nutraveg Omega 3 oil.

Directions: 

Prep and wash all produce. Juice and serve.
