Ingredients:
1 banana
2 tsp cocoa powder
2 cups non-dairy beverage such as coconut or hemp.
1 tbsp cashew, almond or seed butter
2 tbsp protein powder of choice
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Makes 3 cups.
